ABOUT

After graduating from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor with a degree in Theology/Philosophy, and concluding that I had spent the last four years earning a degree that I could not use, I decided to pack my bags and move to Austin, TX to attend the Culinary Academy of Ausitn.

My love for baking began as a child. My childhood memories are filled with moments in the kitchen baking with my mom and sisters. There is just something about baking with and for the people you love that makes everything sweet. I can't imagine doing anything more fulfilling.
